Customize Your Buzzsprout Page

One of the best ways to promote your podcast is to give it a home online! But building and designing websites can be time-consuming and could delay the launch of your podcast, so we provide a podcast website with all Buzzprout paid plans!

Your Buzzsprout public website will include your published episodes, Fan Mail Messages, Podcast Contributor information, Podcast Recommendations, Episode Transcripts, easy access to your Podcast Subscription, and all your directory and social media links! 

It's the home base for your podcast and we are going to break it down here for you! 

You can customize the look and feel of your public website using our Website Customizer on the Website page of your Buzzsprout account.

You'll be able to customize the color, font, and background image of your website in real-time! Any adjustments made in the customizer will automatically be updated on your Buzzsprout website. Plus, you can switch between the desktop and mobile views while you customize! Let's break down your Buzzsprout website page by page!

The episodes page will display all of your published episodes along with a preview of your episode descriptions. On this page, you can search for specific episodes by title, description, and guest. Each episode will have its own episode page. That will include the episode player, details, chapters, transcripts, and artwork! This is a great page to use when promoting your episode!

If you use our Fan Mail feature, you can pin specific Fan Mail messages to your Fan Mail page! This is a fun way to display messages from your listeners for others to see!

To pin a message to your Fan Mail page, simply go to the Fan Mail page within your account, click on a message from your listener, and then click Pin to Your Podcast Website. You can unpin messages whenever you want to!

Highlight your team with the contributors page! You can add hosts, producers, editors, and guests to your Buzzsprout Website on the Contributors page. We know a lot of work goes into your episodes, this page gives you an easy way to shine some light on the people that help you run your show! This is an easy way for listeners to quickly read about your podcast and get an overview of what to expect. They will see your podcast description, how many episodes you have published, and how long you've been podcasting! Updates to your description can be made on the Podcast Info page in your account!

This is where you can recommend podcasts that you love, also known as your Podroll! To update this page, go to your Podcast Info page, and click on the Podroll tab. There you can add new podcasts, remove podcasts, and even rearrange the order of how those podcasts are displayed!

If you’ve enabled Buzzsprout Subscriptions in your account, then your Buzzsprout website will also include a Support page! This page will allow your listeners to support your show by signing up as a supporter! You can learn more about accepting support and creating premium content here: Buzzsprout Subscriptions

This is your one-stop shop! Your follow page includes links to all of your listings, social media platforms, and your RSS Feed. This page is available to all Buzzsprout podcasters!

Your directory links will pull directly from the information on the Directories page, so once you are listed there we will add that button to your + Follow page for you! You can add and edit your social media links on the Social Media Links tab on the Website page in your account.
